Casey Bradford
Clinical Psychologist
With 15 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist, I've worked with a diverse range of clients, from those living in poverty and experiencing severe trauma in South Africa to others within the NHS and in private practice in the UK. Whether or not you have a diagnosis, I'm here to help you better understand yourself and your own unique experiences of life-induced burnout, enabling you to take greater control over your life.
Every stage of life presents its own unique challenges, whether it's childhood, adulthood, or later years. My focus is on what I refer to as life-induced burnout, which can manifest in various ways, including conditions leading to a diagnosis, feelings of hopelessness, frustration, or confusion. My goal is to assist individuals in understanding their place in the world. I guide people toward gaining insight into their identity, motivations, and the effects they have on others.
Recognising and understanding oneself is crucial for identifying what can be changed, what cannot be changed, and what one may choose not to change. Embracing self-acceptance can foster moments of peace and allow individuals to find and appreciate the small joys in life. Life consists of moments, and the more moments of peace and joy we experience, the more manageable it becomes.
